Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Completed Training on Project Management will be preferred
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP),Certified Associate in Project Management (CIPM)

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Skills Required: Software Project Management
  • Overall 5 years of experience in IT/ITES.
  • Male/Female both are allowed for this position
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
  • Practical experience in DevOps, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA & MS Office
  • Basic domain knowledge of Banking Business/NBF’s/Capital Market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
  • Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to work under strong hard deadlines
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks/Multiple projects in parallel
  • Basic Concept of Agile & Experience in working with scrum team

Responsibilities & Context

  • Carry out Small/Medium project activities from project initiation to project closer
  • Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information
  • Implement the necessary project management practices. Maintain Project Charter, Project management plans, WBS, Schedule, issues, Risks, Project Dashboard, Project Status Report, Project Closer Report, Project Lesson Learned etc
  • Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in an effort to maintain client expectations and project milestone success.
  • Work with various team members (both Internal functional teams and customer teams) to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner and document any issues
  • Communicate and publish project status to the project stakeholders and team.
  • Serves as liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are meet with DoD.
  • Providing update to the steering committee & Management Team. Strong monitoring & follow-up to achieve the results on time on budget.
  • Creates, updates and maintains resource/project calendars.
  • Capable to manage shared resources.
  • Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
  • Coordinate SRS/BRD Sign-off for projects
  • Coordinate UAT Sign-off for projects
  • Manage project scope to meet project success criteria
  • Ensures projects are completed on schedule and on Budget.
  • Ensures Implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Other responsibility assigned by Management
