Responsibilities & Context
- Teach core subjects based on academic background, following the CAIE syllabus.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students in PG/Nursery to Grade III.
- Prepare session outlines, lesson plans, and termly syllabi.
- Develop teaching materials, including worksheets and multimedia presentations.
- Conduct assessments and prepare question papers and marking schemes.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress regularly.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Promote independent thinking, creativity, and problem-solving among students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Maintain and update student portfolios in accordance with school guidelines.
- Actively participate in school events and co-curricular activities.
- Attend mandatory professional development programs and internal training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership as a proactive team member.
- Carry out administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned by school management.
- Follow school policies and contribute to the improvement of academic standards.
