Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor all quality related issues for the Dyeing & Finishing as per buyer’s requirement.
- Responsible for quality assurance of the products as per customer and international standard.
- Responsible to check finish fabrics, find out defects, take decision & finally inform to head of department.
- Responsible to ensures finish fabric meets buyer’s requirements.
- Physically checks finish fabrics and make quality report of every batch.
- Checks finish fabrics quality (roll wise) record data and report head of department.
- Responsible to ensure fabrics quality such as shrinkage, GSM, Hand Feel, Running Shade, Recovery ETC to meet buyer’s requirements.
- Have to maintain team discipline and closely monitors compliance rules & regulations.
- Take-Over responsibilities form opposite shift on daily basis.
- Implements as well as monitors the quality control methods of entire dyeing & Finishing department.
- Any other quality related job assign by the management.
