Additional Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement.
- Experience in dealing with both local and international suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software (preferably MA Enterprise).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage inventory of spare parts, electromechanical items, general items, and lubricants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for spare parts and lubricants.
- Appoint and manage dealers, guide them to boost sales, and ensure timely cash collection.
- Communicate with foreign suppliers to ensure accurate parts ordering using correct part numbers.
- Process warranty claims and incorrect supply issues by verifying eligibility and coordinating replacements or refunds.
- Maintain detailed records of all foreign parts supply and claims.
- Prepare weekly and monthly product demand forecasts.
- Monitor and control inventory to minimize delays from local and foreign suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure effective inventory control and maintain the ledger using MA Enterprise ERP system.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain store discipline and prevent all forms of pilferage.
