Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exam Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and supervise all internal and external examinations in the school.
  • Prepare examination schedules, invigilation rosters, and room allocations in advance.
  • Ensure smooth and secure administration of all exams following academic policies and regulations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of examination papers and keep records of results.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments for the timely preparation, collection, and printing of question papers and proper distribution of certificates, mark sheets, and awards to students.
  • Maintain and update accurate student records, transcripts, and examination-related data in the system.
  • Liaise with external examination bodies like Edexcel and Cambridge for registration and coordination of board exams.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for students and staff on examination rules and regulations.
  • Prepare supplementary exam schedules and coordinate the process.
  • Alumni Relations
  • Create and update the alumni database
  • Maintain communication with alumni
  • Assist in forming, and maintaining, an alumni committee.
  • Fee Collection Follow Up
  • Assist with fee collection from all grades
  • Lead follow up for both tuition and admit card fees
  • Other
  • Undertake any other examination-related duties assigned by the Managing Director & CEO.
