Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing and ensuring the quality control of products, maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production unit to provide guidance on quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure all quality parameters during production.
- Monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports.
- Monitor PP Meeting, size-set follow-up, line plan, inline inspection by maintaining organization standard.
- Monitor risk assessment, quality gap and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools.
- Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and final inspection in the Factory.
- Coordinate PP meetings with the team and buyer QC.
