Responsibilities & Context
Marines Group. a well renowned Food Manufacturing Company. Looking for those candidates who have good knowledge & experience to work all types of Accounts and Finance related works of a company.
- Maintaining & preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
- Monitoring & checking Petty Cash Payment, Bank Payment, Journal Voucher, different bills, invoices & books of accounts & sales Statement.
- Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents;
- Manage Petty Cash funds for factory expenses;
- Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts;
- Order receive from dealer;
- Maintain dealer ledger;
- Invoice & Memo posting from Sales software;
- Confirm Sales collection from dealer and deposit to Company’s bank account;
- Daily report to Head Office about sales & collection;
- Maintain Bank related activities;
- Regular Communication with Accounts & VAT department of factory.
- Any other task as and when assigned by the management.
