Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing who will play a key role in managing investor relations and real estate business development both digitally and physically. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen understanding of business strategy, and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with investors and stakeholders. This role also requires field visits to projects and coordination of digital real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and real estate clients.
Communicate effectively with investors, providing updates, reports, and insights regarding investment projects and returns.
Support the sales and marketing of real estate projects through both digital platforms and physical interactions.
Plan, coordinate, and execute real estate deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Conduct site visits to project locations, providing feedback and updates to investors and management.
Develop and implement strategies for investor engagement and satisfaction.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and investment documentation as required.
Manage corporate communication channels including emails, meetings, and digital platforms.
Identify new business opportunities within the real estate sector and assist in strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, and Project Management for smooth execution of deals.
Attend and represent the company at corporate events, project launches, investor meetings, and property exhibitions.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Good understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment principles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel locally for project visits and client meetings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM and digital communication tools.
