Responsibilities & Context
We seek a skilled and passionate Mobile Phone Servicing Mentor to join GSIS Academy at Chattogram. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in smartphone repair and servicing and a flair for teaching and mentoring students. This role involves both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes on mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting
- Guide students through hands-on repair practices on various smartphone brands and models
- Prepare lesson plans, practical modules, and assessment materials
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile servicing
- Ensure safety protocols during practical sessions
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain lab equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Assist in curriculum development and course improvement
- Support students during workshops, projects, and internal assessments
