Proven experience in sales or marketing preferably in Hotel, Resort & Amusement Park.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Digital marketing and social media proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for travel, hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract individual guests, corporate clients and event organizers.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts and other hospitality partners.
Create and manage promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to enhance brand visibility and occupancy rates.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
Oversee the resort’s social media presence and coordinate with creative teams for content and branding.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows and networking events to promote the resort.
