Responsibilities & Context
Language + is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IELTS Instructor who can do more than just teach — someone who can design and develop complete courses, shape English-speaking programs, and contribute to curriculum planning.
- Familiarity with IELTS exam patterns, Cambridge materials
- Design and develop IELTS course structure, syllabus, and lesson plans
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Regular & Executive batches)
- Create and implement English Speaking Courses focused on fluency, phonetics, and real-life communication
- Build engaging and effective curriculum for both group and one-on-one sessions
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to maintain quality standards
- Lead or support language club
