Responsibilities & Context
- Report daily stock updates and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts and consumption.
- Receive and manage various materials such as Raw Materials (RMs), consumables, and spares.
- Update stock records periodically to reflect current inventory levels.
- Forecast material requirements based on consumption patterns and inform relevant personnel to raise indents accordingly.
- Monitor and control delivery activities, from transportation receiving to unloading and loading including documentation
- Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and material management processes.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the department or company.
