Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Zeerani Bazar, Kashimpur, Gazipur (Opposite of BKSP, Savar).
- To capable handle all requirement of buyer.
- Analyze fabrics inspection report to identify source of quality problem & take necessary steps to reduce also improve future results.
- Follow up fabric inspection system, Shade & fabric test report analysis.
- Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company.
- Should know knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & AOP quality parameters (4 point inspection system, Fabric construction, Shade Checking, Control Fabric GSM, Shrinkage, twisting).
- Should know fabrics cutting process, like-consumption, pattern, marker making ability, fabrics laying process.
- Should know how to save fabrics during cutting process.
- Also should know over all garments making process.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
