Responsibilities & Context
- Managing the overall Marketing & Merchandising department. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing existing accounts, and identify new customer segments.
- Recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients finalize sales and ensures profitability.
- Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborating with the design and product development teams to create and offer products that meet customer needs and markets demands.
- Maintaining clear communication with internal teams ( production, merchandising) and external stakeholder ( clients, suppliers).
- Developing and executing merchandising plans to ensure optimal product presentation and placement, driving sales.
- staying informed about the latest knitting techniques, fabrics and trends in the knitwear market.
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality control of knit garments.
- Managing the overall marketing and Sales department.
