Responsibilities & Context
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans;
- Deliver physical therapy treatments (e.g., exercise therapy, electrotherapy, manual therapy, etc.) to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions;
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and documenting patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary;
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital documentation policies
- Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs
- Ensure cleanliness and proper use of physiotherapy equipment
- Ensure high-quality patients service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Any other task assigned by authority.
