- Sound understanding of AQL standards, safety, and quality regulations.
- Technical knowledge to identify, resolve, and prevent quality defects.
- Experience in supplier training and quality improvement processes
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct Pre-Production Meetings, During Production Inspections, and Final Random Inspections according to Inspection Process guidelines.
- Review inspection results.
- Submit inspection reports to the online portal within 24 hours.
- Maintain daily communication through emails and inspection portals to receive assignments.
- Professionally interact with suppliers during inspections.
- Ensure compliance with QA files and approved sample standards.
- Prepare complete inspection documentation as per company procedures.
