Additional Requirements

At least 6 years working experience in Foreign Trade/FI/PRD in any reputed private commercial bank.
In-depth knowledge of foreign trade operations, cash incentives, ICT service export mechanisms, the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, and Bangladesh Bank’s Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor with a pleasant personality.
Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual freelancers and IT service-exporting businesses, OPGSP & BASIS.
Provide comprehensive support to clients on the export process, regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and cash incentives.
Promote awareness about the benefits of using Online Payment Gateway Service Providers (OPGSP) for IT service exports and guide clients on how to leverage these services effectively.
Organize and coordinate events and workshops for freelancers in collaboration with BASIS, the ICT Division, and OPGSP platforms.
Maintain effective communication with clients, industry stakeholders, and relevant government bodies to ensure seamless IT service export operations and remittance processes for freelancers.
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in all activities.
Identify and resolve any operational or regulatory issues that may occur during the export or remittance process.
Compressive knowledge of Foreign Direct Investment and handling its transactions.
