BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for this position in its Corporate and Institutional Banking Division
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow deposit balance and other business in alignment with periodic objectives.
- Expand client base by onboarding new-to-bank clients from target client demographics (i.e. Capital Market and other target Industries).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Meet clients & prospects regularly, give presentations, and negotiate to deepen relationships and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the bank’s deposit and other business offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless execution of client services.
- Arrange to obtain updated client account information and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as service and operations teams to meet compliance requirements of the bank timely.
- Optimize collections and payments via assigned client relationship accounts.
- Promote the adoption of digital banking solutions among clients.
- Proactively gather client feedback & insights to enhance the bank’s digital channels and to ensure quality client services.
- Stay informed about the competition dynamics and market trends to escalate the areas for concern for the bank to remain competitive.
