Responsibilities & Context

Develop, manage and deliver periodic MIS reports for management, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness.

Streamline and automate routine and recurring internal reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL or other suitable platforms.

Provide advanced data analytics, trend analysis and dashboard-driven insights to support SME business planning and decision-making.

Monitor key indicators of SME portfolio performance across all branches, enabling early identification of performance gaps.

Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity for both internal use and external regulatory submissions.

Collaborate with relevant teams to produce accurate reports required by regulators and internal audit/compliance units.

Work closely with IT, Credit Risk and other departments to integrate and align data sources and reporting objectives.
