Customer Relationship Officer (Sales strategy and development)
Responsibilities:
Follow-up Service:
- Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
- Manage online customer queries.
- Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Service Quality & Others:
- Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback by calling them.
- Prepare reports as per requirement.
- Other works assigned by the management.
