Education
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters
- Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline. For Masters 4 years and for Bachelor 6 years working experience in WASH/Climate Governance/Climate Change Adaptation/Disaster Management/Governance related project.

General Required Qualifications:
- Good Communication, presentation and session facilitation skills
- Coordination and maintain liaison with communities, Local government, local administrations, media, civil society groups and related stakeholders
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/management.
- Willingness & ability to stay and visit project sites as needed.

Rupantar is now inviting applications from suitable experienced and interested female candidate to work coastal areas for filling up the following job vacancy to work in a climate change focused project supported by WaterAid Bangladesh dealing with water, Sanitation and Hygiene based in Satkhira District.

- Project Duration: 1st January, 2024 to 31st December, 2027

Major Responsibilities:
- Necessary reporting to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate and organize trainings, workshops and mass campaigns with govt. organizations, civil society groups, CSOs and other stakeholders at the upazila and district levels.
- Maintain liaison with communities, local government, administration, media, civil society and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare necessary training materials & training manuals.
- Provide necessary support to project staffs and initiate capacity-building and skill development initiatives.
- Plan, organize, direct, and monitor all capacity-building activities.
- Prepare detailed reports, case studies and documentation.
- Supervise and provide daily support to Sr. Officer, IWRM & Private Sector Integration; Sr. Officer, SWM & Private Sector Integration and Sr. Officer, Gender & Stakeholder Engagement.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary: 60,000/- to 64,200/- (with yearly increment and Bonus)
