Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the customer service function to promptly resolve queries, complaints, and post-sales support.
- Create strategies to improve the customer experience during critical phases like project handover.
- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to support business growth.
- Ensure a seamless and superior customer experience throughout the sales journey and beyond.
- Address customer feedback promptly, resolve issues effectively, and oversee initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize customer-focused programs, events, and other initiatives that strengthen relationships and promote long-term partnerships.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Engineering, Architecture, legal & compliance, to maintain accurate documentation and uphold operational efficiency.
