Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct telemarketing to promote tourist visa services and identify potential clients.
- Hunt for new customers through phone calls and social media platforms.
- Assist clients in the tourist visa application process, including initial file opening and necessary documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients after file initiation until completion.
- Support the visa processing team with application-related tasks.
- Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
- Engage in social media follow-up and lead generation through platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
- Maintain proper communication and provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare and maintain client records and application updates.
