Responsibilities & Context
- Explain the products and services to the customers.
- Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis.
- Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Setting monthly sales targets.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
