Responsibilities & Context
E-AutoFix is looking for service engineer for Passenger Vehicle, who will be working in FIELD level service to ensure customer satisfaction as well as spare. Major job responsibilities are-
- Monitor daily service operations at Workshop and provide required support.
- Communicate with CEO & quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, promotional & daily service activities.
- Provide advice and technical assistance to overcome major/critical repair and ensure maximum productivity.
- Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure service & spare parts availability at customer’s doorstep Service as well as visit the field frequently to ensure customer satisfaction.
