Additional Requirements

Minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of experience in back-office of Sales Team in Head Office.
Strong communication and analytical skills to prepare and present sales reports.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Assist the Sr. Manager, Distribution Sales in designing effective distribution setups by identifying market gaps.
Assist and coordinate with the field team in establishing Sales Office bases and/or Distribution points to ensure proper setup and coverage.
Conduct route and market wise analysis and track growth to ensure targeted growth.
Update the field team and assist in restructuring service modalities based on route potential.
Visit field, gather feedback from distributors & retailers and address the issues to enhance operational efficiency.
Collect feedback from the Sales Team regarding the operation of the Sales app and coordinate with the ICT Department to resolve issues.
Maintain and update nationwide database of outlets, routes, distributors, SRs, TSOs and SOs in line with the Management guidelines.
Review distributor and sales team performance regularly against KPIs and ensure that KPIs are aligned with company targets.
Assist to organize sales meetings and conferences, address operational issues and share training requirements with the Sales Training Manager.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
