Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Customs Bond, UP, UD processing and bonded warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with government office procedures and documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication in English
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and submit Utilization Declaration (UD) applications to the concerned authorities.
- Ensure Dyes/Chemical/Salt use in UD and doing In-bond/Ex-bond.
- Prepare & Issue UP from concerned authorities.
- Prepare Import/Export Performance Statement and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Verify HS Codes, follow up on Bills of Entry/Export, and maintain proper documentation.
- Support Customs Bond Audit and UD teams with necessary documents and information.
- Maintain regular communication with Customs, Bond Commissionerate, and other government offices.
- Input and update bond-related data in ERP software (if applicable).
