Responsibilities & Context
Hashem Foods Limited (A sister concern of Sajeeb Group) invites applications from competent & potential talents for the position of “Senior Manager- Electrical Engineering (Food & Beverage Unit)”. Candidates having experience in Food & Beverage Industry will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire electrical engineering function of the factory.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, factory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams to support smooth operations and continuous improvements.
- Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Supervise and develop the electrical engineering team.
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and documentation as required.
