- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Developer to strengthen our Product Development team and help drive excellence in design execution and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview: The Senior Product Developer will play a critical role in managing the development of new collections from concept to sample stage. This includes collaborating with design, technical, merchandising, and sample teams to ensure product integrity, fit, and quality. The role requires strong technical knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple developments across various buyers and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product development cycle from initial brief to final approved sample for assigned customers.
- Interpret buyer tech packs and design inspirations to create development plans and prototypes.
- Coordinate with fabric sourcing, sample room, and washing technicians to ensure correct fabric and trim usage for each development.
- Evaluate and comment on fits, constructions, and workmanship to ensure alignment with brand expectations.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues in development, recommending practical and aesthetic improvements.
- Work closely with the design and sales team to support seasonal collections, contributing to style selection, trend input, and collection strategy.
- Ensure timely development of samples according to TNA and buyer deadlines.
- Guide and mentor junior product developers to maintain team efficiency and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sample developments, costs, fabrics, and trims using internal systems (e.g., WFX).
- Support costing and fabric/trim feasibility analysis for new developments.
