- Excellent knowledge of contract management, cost control, and risk assessment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

JOB CONTEXT
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled “Senior Project Manager” with in-depth project management expertise in MEP projects, particularly in EPC projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Oversee the full lifecycle of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems for large-scale EPC projects.
- Manage and coordinate the projects of Building Management Systems (BMS), Home & Office Automations, Security Surveillance, Data Infrastructure, Fire Detection & Protection, High & Low Voltage Systems, and HVAC.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality control throughout the project.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to address project challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to drive operational efficiency.
- Report on progress, financials, and critical updates to senior management.
