- At least 1 year of experience in Service or Maintenance of Digital Printers (preferably in the textile sector).
Responsibilities & Context
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair digital printing machinery used in textile manufacturing.
- Interpret and apply mechanical and electrical principles for efficient problem-solving.
- Use standard maintenance tools and equipment to carry out repairs and service activities.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to identify recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of service assignments and proper documentation of service reports.
- Manage on-site visits, communicate with clients, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper planning of time, tools, and materials to ensure smooth service operations.
- Report to the Service Manager with updates on job progress, challenges, and client feedback.
