Responsibilities & Context
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic injection molding machines.
- Set up molds and ensure accurate mold installation and removal.
- Monitor machine parameters and optimize production efficiency.
- Identify defects in molded products and take corrective action.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.
- Work closely with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain documentation related to machine operations and maintenance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process and cycle time reduction.
