Responsibilities & Context
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead / Conduct internal meetings (New style handover, tech pack review, risk assessment & pre-production) Internal FTT – 98 %
- Problem solving for all technical issues arises during pre and post production stages.
- Identify and propose most optimized production feasible techniques and apply them in mass production. OTD – 100% PD
- Ensure on time sample submission and quality. (OTD / FTT) FTT -98 % KSD hit rate – 100%
- Liaise with buying, design, merchandising & supply chain teams and technical lab to ensure all details, speed & quality.
- Ensure the accuracy of sample production data (Knit programmes, SMV, consumption & feasibility given to costing cell / merchants.) Program hit rate – 98%
- Collaborate with design, technical and marketing teams to ensure the sample performs to end customer spec. FTT -98 % KSD hit rate – 100%
- Ensure pre-production size set planning & follow up to have a smooth transition to bulk production within agreed timeline. (Sample turn around withing 48 hrs in speed model) PTP– 100 %
- Ensure records are properly maintained (pre-production data & program amendment’s) and analyse data to make continuous improvement.
- Evaluate quality of materials, ensure material and product testing fits the purpose, analyse test reports, and make changes where required. PTP – 100 %
- Conduct internal pre-production meetings, wearer trials and ensure the product (size set) meets the customer specifications. (Fit, aesthetic, comfort, and performance)
- Attend / Lead customer PP meeting fit sessions (virtual or physical), ensuring all the expectations are fully dealt without any delay.
- Analyse and assess buyer / customer feedback and act fast with the sense of urgency.
HR, Compliance & Admin Activities
- Ensure the teams timely attendance Absenteeism < 3 % LTO < 1 %
- Ensure proper 5S, housekeeping and adherence with all compliance requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety all the time. Zero Customer claim
- Monitor employee’s performance and keep records.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to improve the performance of the employees.
- Conduct employee’s yearly performance appraisal.
