Additional Requirements

Handle all export and import documentation including L/C (Letter of Credit), TT, customs clearance, and bank-related procedures.
Manage communication and coordination with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and other related stakeholders.
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and GSP, ensuring compliance with buyer and country-specific requirements.
Follow up on the timely delivery of raw materials, trims, and accessories to ensure smooth production flow.
Liaise with the merchandising, production, and logistics teams to align shipment schedules and documentation.
Monitor L/C opening, amendment, negotiation, and settlement activities, and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
Keep updated with customs rules, HS Codes, import-export policy, and relevant government regulations.
Coordinate with banks for realization of export proceeds and ensure proper documentation for incentive claims (e.g., cash incentive, duty drawback).
Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs declarations, and commercial correspondences for audit and compliance purposes.
Support management in handling audits, both internal and external, with regards to commercial documentation.
