- Strong technical understanding of knitwear, cost and consumption calculation, and R&D for new materials and designs. Excellent communication, documentation, and deadline management abilities, with a sharp focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality execution.

The incumbent should be an experienced and detail-oriented Sweater Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling buyer communication, managing order follow-ups, and ensuring seamless coordination between production, planning, and sourcing departments. This role requires in-depth knowledge of sweater production, yarn types, and technical specifications to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sweater merchandising activities from order confirmation to shipment.
- Liaise with buyers, factories, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee sampling, costing, and production follow-ups.
- Monitor quality control and resolve production issues proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with international clients
- Maintain order tracking and production files accurately.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery.
