Must be proficient and fluent in English.
Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;

Handle all aspects of merchandising for woven outerwear – specifically quilted and seam-sealed jackets.
Coordinate with buyers for product development, sampling, and approvals.
Interpret buyer tech packs, develop BOMs, and ensure accurate sample submission.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure feasibility of styles.
Negotiate and finalize pricing and costing with buyers and vendors.
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements.
Manage Time and Action (TNA) calendar to ensure timely execution of orders.
Liaise with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Monitor fabric and trim consumption, order placement, and follow-up with suppliers.
Ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.
Manage documentation and systems required for shipment booking and buyer portals.
Maintain strong working relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
