HVAC/VRF AC System Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. Skilled in installing new AC units and ensuring accurate testing and commissioning procedures.
Diagnostic Proficiency: Strong ability to quickly and accurately identify system faults and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
Hands-on System Experience: Practical experience working with various types and brands of AC systems including split, window, VRF, and ductable systems.

Tool & Equipment Handling: Proficient in operating a wide range of VRF tools and equipment such as gauges, vacuum pumps, and multimeters.
Refrigerant Management: Well-versed in the safe handling, charging, and recovery of refrigerants following proper protocols.
Training & Certifications: Formally trained through ITI or Diploma programs and certified in relevant areas such as EPA standards and safety compliance.
Electrical Safety Awareness: Fully aware of electrical safety practices and risks associated with high-voltage systems and wiring tasks.
Dexterity & Precision: Excellent hand-eye coordination for assembling and disassembling intricate system components with precision.
Environmental Readiness: Physically capable of working in challenging conditions such as heat, confined spaces, and elevated rooftops.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Able to make quick and effective decisions under pressure and adapt to unexpected technical challenges or unfamiliar systems.
