Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed catering revenue goals.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted sales initiatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and negotiate contracts for catering services.
- Work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Organize and lead site visits and tasting sessions for prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay competitive.
- Design and deliver impactful sales presentations to effectively promote catering offerings.
- Prepare accurate, timely sales reports and performance metrics.
- Partner with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
