Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Head of Sales – Modern Trade to lead and expand our presence in organized retail across Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead national sales strategy for modern trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains).
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts and modern trade distributors.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers and executives.
- Drive volume growth, visibility, and product placement in major retail chains.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to run in-store promotions and trade marketing activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic direction for sales growth.
