Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Making inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Analyzing and refining business processes to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Serving as a liaison between clients and in-house teams to facilitate seamless communication.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill vendor requirements and resolve issues.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize service levels and costs.
