Have post-graduation from a University approved by the UGC major in Islamic Studies/Arabic/Al-Fiqh and Legal Studies or Kamil having no third class/division/CGPA below 3.00 in the academic career;

Additional Requirements

Must have sound knowledge in the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh and Islamic Economics/Finance;
Strong communication skill in Bengali and English with proficiency in Arabic language;
Must have sound computer literacy in Microsoft Word/Excel;
Age within 32 years as on 24.06.2025.

To conduct shariah inspection/investigations on the branches following guidelines of the Bank thus prepare inspection report and follow up on the compliances;
To ensure implementations of guidelines/recommendations given by the Shariah Supervisory Committee of the Bank;
To conduct research on Shariah issues/new product and provide necessary assistance to management on compliances on Shariah principals, etc.

Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)

On probation, Trainee Officer will receive monthly consolidated compensation of Tk.28,000/-. After successful completion of probation period, initial monthly salary package will be Tk.40,485/- along with all other admissible benefits.
