- In-good knowledge of denim & outerwear products.
- Strong ability to drive differing viewpoints to consensus.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare operation breakdown for pre-costing by referring the sample/sketch/tech pack & provide costing SMV to merchandising team.
- Ensure accurate & optimum SMV to make order placing/capacity planning while ensuring the cost reduction option to enhance the profitability.
- Collect reference sample or sketch from merchandising department & record it for further use.
- Calculate thread consumption for each style for costing as well as production utilization.
- Co-ordinate with sample, maintenance & production teams for any kind of process improvement.
- Evaluate new technologies & automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes & cost reduction.
- Give suggestions to factory to improve methods & productivity of bulk production.
- Maintain records & data base as per the IE SOP.
