Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day vendor communication, order follow-up, and inventory coordination
- Support the onboarding of new sellers/vendors and ensure accurate product listings and pricing updates
- Coordinate with marketing, content, supply chain, and finance teams to execute campaigns and promotions
- Monitor product availability, pricing competitiveness, and commercial KPIs to support growth
- Analyze category and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management
- Assist in developing strategic category plans and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial agreements, and service-level expectations
- Handle vendor queries, grievances, and resolutions in coordination with the relevant departments
