Responsibilities & Context
Accounts Management:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transactions
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor daily cash flows to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital
- Assist in investment and funding decisions by providing accurate financial data
