Job Context:
vivo Bangladesh Factory, namely Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd., a multinational manufacturing company, is looking for proactive and skilled individuals to work as Supervisors in the Production Department. The role involves supervising assembly lines, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assembly line under the direction of the Line Engineer.
- Monitor and control online production processes; promptly resolve any abnormalities.
- Perform basic analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong sense of standardization, process and production management.
