Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Executive – Production (Sewing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing sewing operations, with a focus on improving production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sewing department, ensuring all production targets and timelines are met efficiently.
- Monitor sewing lines and equipment performance, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in all sewing processes.
- Optimize sewing floor layout and workflow to improve overall efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely material availability.
- Monitor the sewing quality, identifying any defects or deviations from the standard and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
