PGD in supply chain management will get an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and execute dispatch and logistics instructions from the manager or higher authority.
- Coordinate with transporters for pickup and delivery as per given schedules.
- Follow standard procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of GRNs, challans, and delivery documents.
- Update stock entries in the Excel or inventory register as directed.
- Physically verify incoming and outgoing materials as per documentation.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and housekeeping in the warehouse/store.
- Monitor daily stock levels and report any discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Assist in periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Communicate with internal departments for material movement as instructed.
- Supervise loaders/helpers and ensure safe material handling.
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during all warehouse and logistics activities.
- Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting authority without delay.
- Maintain filing and record-keeping of all logistics and store-related documents.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
