Position Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the frontline for customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone calls, resolve issues efficiently, and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients with account-related issues, trading platform navigation, deposits/withdrawals, and general product information.
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Forex, trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5), and financial markets.
- Escalate issues to relevant departments as necessary and ensure timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
