Responsibilities & Context
A Territory Manager for Institutional Sales in Bangladesh is responsible for driving sales within a specific geographic area by focusing on institutional customers, such as Pharmacies, MFS Agents, RMG, FMCG, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Clubs, NGO, and Government Agencies. This role involves managing a team, building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients within the assigned territory.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
- Team Management: Manage a team of sales representatives or other personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts for the territory.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
